You’ll be part of a dynamic and mission-driven team working on impactful programs that improve lives worldwide. These roles offer the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to public health, disability rights, and inclusive development. Our headquarters are in Brussels, but remote work is possible. However, residency in Belgium or the Netherlands is required.

We are also seeking a new member for the IF Board of Directors ahead of the June 2026 elections. Ideal candidates are persons with Spina Bifida and/or Hydrocephalus, immediate family members, or experienced with patient organizations. Board members actively participate in meetings, support fundraising and policy initiatives, represent IF internationally, and serve a three-year term (renewable, unpaid).
