WSBHD25 Challenge Winner Announcement

To bring even more awareness to the World Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus Day, 25 October, IF organised a social media challenge under this year’s theme ‘Accelerate Action for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus’. 

On this special day, IF’s social media channels were buzzing with inspiring contributions — photos, texts, and videos — from around the world.

We are delighted to announce that this year’s WSBHD25 Challenge Winner is Fekadu Yadessa, whose entry received over 800 likes, comments, and shares across IF’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn). Through his powerful message, Fekadu called for #Action4SBH on prevention through food fortification with folic acid in Ethiopia.
