Join us for the IF 28th International Conference in New Delhi, India
30 January 2018 // For the first time, IF will hold its annual international conference in South-East Asia, from Friday August 10 to Sunday August 12, 2018. Our member, the Spina Bifida Foundation India in association with IF and the World Health Organization South-East Region look forward to welcoming you at the IF 28th International Conference on Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus in New Delhi, India.
This year the theme of the conference is Making the Invisible Visible – Building South-East Asian networks to protect the rights of children and adults born with lifelong disabilities, where we will focus on people with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus and other birth defects who are deprived of proper medical care and guidance, and their families. The aim of the conference is to bring together individuals with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus, their families, their doctors, their advocates, as well as researchers and policy makers, to provide them with up-to-date knowledge, encourage them to cooperate, understand each other’s positions, strengths, weaknesses, roles, and start from there.
The conference will offer everyone with an interest in Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus the opportunity to build networks and to connect with each other for the exchange of information and sharing of experiences.
We will share regular updates to inform you about the programme, speakers and other relevant news. Join our mailing list to learn more about our conference by signing up here.
We also need your help to share information about the conference as widely as possible. Please find the invitation for families here and the invitation for experts here, and distribute them within your networks throughout the world.
Make sure to mark the dates in your calendar and we hope to see you in New Delhi, India, for this unique event!
