Santé Meilleure Vie Meilleure (SM-VM) is a community-based organization in Togo committed to improving the quality of life of vulnerable populations through health promotion, awareness, advocacy, and community support initiatives.

In the area of Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus, SM-VM works to raise public awareness about prevention, early diagnosis, inclusion, and access to healthcare services for children and individuals living with these conditions. The organization promotes health education on maternal and child health, nutrition, folic acid supplementation, and disability rights within communities.

SM-VM also supports families through psychosocial assistance, community sensitization activities, and partnerships with national and international organizations working in disability and child health.
