The Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus South Africa (ASBAH SA) intends to reach out to the different South African provinces and wants to develop, together with the South-African experts, a place where all persons with Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus would be able to receive the right support.

We, ASBAH SA, are supporting, educating and providing guidance to all persons born with Spina bifida and Hydrocephalus in South Africa. We provide education to medical professionals and anyone interested in Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus.

We host youth workshops to empower them to be independent and socialize with others.

We do train the train to teach youth and mothers. We have a Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus Helpline to provide support during Covid 19.
