Bringing together young advocates, professionals, and allies from around the world, this interactive discussion will explore the barriers and opportunities young people with disabilities encounter when transitioning from education to employment. Participants will share lived experiences, practical insights, and examples of inclusive approaches that support meaningful participation and equal opportunities.
