SWITZERLAND

The Swiss Association for the benefit of persons with Spina bifida and Hydrocephalus, SBH Switzerland, assists parents, carers and persons with SBH in their efforts. Of great importance is the exchange of experience offered by the meetings of the association. Questions about care, training and integration are discussed. The progress report and new medical, therapeutic findings are reported in the SBH information booklet. SBH Switzerland presents the special requirements of people with SBH and their families to the authorities, works with organizations that pursue similar goals and maintains contacts with doctors, teachers, therapists and institutions.The association informs the public about the concerns and needs of those affected and their relatives.
