For many of us, the consequences of micronutrient deficiencies are not abstract, they are personal. They are found in stories of children born with spina bifida, of mothers battling anemia, of communities struggling with preventable health challenges. These are not isolated cases. They are the lived experiences of millions, and they demand action.
